Natural attractions in Colorado
Interesting and very beautiful attractions in Colorado and can hardly be listed in a short article. Geographically Colorado is located in the Western States of America, although if you watch satellite images will seem to be in the central part of the United States.
The state capital is Denver, and the most beautiful place we think is Rocky Mountain National Park. Located in northern Colorado and in no way inferior to the Rocky Mountains in Canada. Another national landmark is Garden of the Gods. There is strong evidence that here lived prehistoric people who were attracted by these red rocks.
Natural shelters in the rocks were later used by the Indians from 1971 all this was declared a national park. Garden of the Gods is located in Colorado Springs in the center of the state and close to Colorado Springs is located seven waterfalls. For climbers and people who love adventures offer climbing Pikes Peak.
Especially in winter when conditions are severe a height of 4300 meters is not an easy task. However, in the summer is a real walk in the mountains with typical alpine conditions. Be sure to view them from a distance at night when illuminated with different lights.
